Braseria Llenya is the restaurant at Hotel Apartaments Trainera, based on a JOSPER grill and specialising in meats and local products. With a rustic and cosy atmosphere, it is the ideal place to enjoy authentic cuisine, with dishes made from fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The menu features options for meat and fish lovers, typical mountain stews and dishes made with locally sourced products. The menu also includes traditional dishes from this area of the Pyrenees, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options.
The restaurant welcomes families, groups of friends and couples who wish to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience in the high mountains.

Our identity
Our cuisine is born from the embers and the gastronomic traditions of the Pyrenees, but it goes beyond that. At Braseria Llenya, we understand fire as a way of respecting the product, highlighting the flavor of select meats and seasonal vegetables. A mountain concept that evolves from its roots to offer authentic and innovative cuisine.
The grilled kitchen
We use a Josper oven to cook with intensity and precision, respecting the essence of each ingredient.
Selected meats and seasonal vegetables, always with an eye to the local area and the rhythm of the seasons. A straightforward, unpretentious cuisine that seeks pure flavor.
The territory on the plate
Our concept is inspired by our surroundings, just minutes from the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park. Locally sourced produce, mountain cuisine, and a culinary approach deeply connected to the landscape.
