Hotel Apartaments Trainera's booking conditions

General Conditions:

1. Reception opening hours: 09:00-23:00 PM. You can leave your luggage at reception from 08:00, if the room is not ready. For arrivals after 23h, please contact reception.
2. Room check-in will be from 3pm.
3. Room check-out will be before 11am.
4. In order not to disturb the rest of other customers, please do not run, jump, sing or whistle in the corridors.
5. Bicycles, skis or snowboards are not allowed in the rooms. We have a space to leave them: ski storage, bicycle storage.
6. Tourist tax not included €0.66 per person per day, with a maximum of two people per room or apartment and up to 7 days.

Guest Cancellation Policy:

1. For your security, cancellations will only be accepted by email.
2. If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days before your arrival date, the establishment will not charge any fees.
3. If you cancel or modify your reservation after this time, the establishment will charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
4. Once you have checked in at the establishment, in the event of early departure, the establishment will charge the full amount of the stay.
5. In case of no-show on the first day of your reservation, or failure to inform of a total cancellation of the reservation, the credit card will be charged the cost of " No show " charges. For reservations of one night, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night. For reservations of two or more nights, the establishment will charge 100% of the first 2 nights.
6. If you do not arrive before 11:00 p.m. on the first day of your reservation, the entire reservation will be cancelled and no-show charges will apply.
7. The establishment will not assume any responsibility for travel incidents (it is recommended to take out travel insurance).

Establishment cancellation policy:

1. For our security, cancellations will only be made by email.
2. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel your reservation in whole or in part, we will inform you 7 days before your arrival date. If you wish, we will recommend another nearby establishment with similar characteristics and prices to those of HA TRAINERA.
3. If you have a confirmed reservation and on the day of arrival we do not have any free rooms, due to an error / failure in our reservation system, we will look for accommodation in a nearby place, with which HA TRAINERA collaborates, with similar characteristics and prices to those of HA TRAINERA for your entire stay in Esterri d'Àneu.

Conditions NON-REFUNDABLE

1. Cancellation Policy: Please note: If you cancel, modify or do not show up, the establishment will charge the full amount of the reservation.
2. Deposit Policy: The full amount of your stay may be charged at any time after booking. By booking this apartment or room, you agree to the booking conditions and general terms and conditions.

Reservations made at the restaurant are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation time.
2. In case of cancellation within the established period, no charge will be applied.
3. Cancellations made outside the deadline, as well as non-shows, may result in the full or partial charge of the amount associated with the reservation, if applicable.
4. If an advance payment has been made, it will not be refundable if the cancellation is not made within the indicated period.
5. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to force majeure, undertaking to fully refund any amount paid.
6. Refunds, where applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the booking and within the time limits set by the bank.
7. This policy aims to ensure proper management of reservations and to offer a quality service to all customers.
