From Barcelona, take the National Highway II (N-II) to Cervera. Exit at the Agramunt exit and follow the signs to Artesa de Segre, then Tremp, then Sort, then Esterri d'Àneu.
By train
The train does not reach Esterri d'Àneu.
The nearest stations are in Lleida-Pirineus for the AVE (high speed train) (164km) or La Pobla de Segur for the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (64km), from where there is a bus line (Alsa) to Esterri d'Àneu.
By bus
The bus company Alsa has buses that connect Esterri d'Àneu with Barcelona (6 hours journey) and with Lleida (3 hours journey).
